We recommend you book your travel appointment as soon as you know you are travelling preferably 3-4 weeks before your departure date . Most vaccines require 2-3 weeks before they become effective and some require a course over 3 weeks . For further advice about travel please contact the surgery .
Malaria tablets will be prescribed in conjunction with a health check and details of your itinerary.
Insect repellent and bite prevention equipment will need to be purchased in any pharmacy.

Hepatitis A , Typhoid and Tetanus Diptheria and Polio are not chargeable vaccines.
We are a Yellow Fever centre and give this vaccine at a cost of £55.00 which includes the certificate valid 10 days after the administration of the vaccine .

Meningitis ACWY £35.00 including any mandatory certificates for pilgrimages ie The Haj .
Rabies £120.00 course
All chargeable vaccines are payable by cash to our reception team prior to the administration of the vaccine .
